By accessing and using MuBulgaria services, including making donations or purchasing in-game credits or items, you agree to the following terms of this Refund Policy:
All payments made to MuBulgaria are considered donations to support the server.Donations and in-game purchases are non-refundable, except in limited cases described below.By completing a payment, you agree not to file disputes, chargebacks, or reversals through your bank or payment provider.
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions: Duplicate transactions caused by technical errors.Payment processing mistakes resulting in incorrect amounts.Failure to deliver the purchased items, credits, or benefits due to a server-side issue.All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction and must include:Proof of payment (transaction ID, screenshot, or receipt);Account name and clear explanation of the issue.
Refunds will not be issued in cases including, but not limited to: Account suspension or ban due to rule violations;Voluntary account deletion or inactivity;Dissatisfaction with gameplay, server changes, or updates;Incorrect or mistaken purchases of donation packages or items.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will result in: Immediate suspension of the related account(s);Permanent ban from the server and all associated platforms;Potential legal action to recover any losses.
